Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil Grains with Mushrooms & Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch of Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil Grains
  • 3 cups of white mushrooms
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the mushrooms into fine strips and chop the parsley.
  2. Prepare a full box of Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil Grains as per package instructions. Set aside.
  3. In the meantime, in a pan, brown the mushrooms, garlic and parsley in olive oil on high heat for 3 min. Pour and mix the heavy cream. Season to your liking. Let simmer for 3 min on low heat.
  4. Serve Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil Grains with the mushrooms and the cream.
