Ingredients

  • 1 pouch of French Harvest Organic Grains Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil
  • 2 medium-sized zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 jar of heavy cream (8.8 oz)
  • ¼ cup of honey mustard or 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup of chopped shallot
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the zucchinis in a pan with olive oil about 5/6 min.
  2. In the meantime, prepare French Harvest Organic Grains Roasted Garlic & Olive oil as per package instructions.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, mix the chopped shallot, the cream, the mustard, salt and pepper. Let simmer, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Serve the grains with the zucchinis and the creamy mustard sauce.

Tips: You can pair this dish with 3 fish filets (tilapia, salmon or cod)
