In a medium saucepan, add 1 and ¼ cup of room temperature water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Bring to a boil and immediately pour the content of the pouch into the saucepan. Stir thoroughly. Keep on heat (uncovered).
Bring to a boil again, remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
In a medium 3qt. bowl, add 1 and ¼ cup of room temperature water, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the content of the pouch.
Heat up in the microwave at 800W for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork. Let stand for 2 minutes and serve.
