Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil Grains with BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pouch of French Harvest Organic Grains Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- ¾ cup of ketchup (6.70oz) or 12 tbsp
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- ¼ cup of red wine vinegar (2.1oz) or 4 tbsp
- 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp of paprika
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 350°F.
- Slice the vegetables into pieces and thread onto skewers. Pour the olive oil on the skewers, add salt and pepper and bake them for 20min.
- For the sauce, whisk together the ketchup, the red wine vinegar, the Worcestershire sauce and the sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Let come to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Let simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare French Harvest Organic Grains Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil as per package instructions.
