1 ½ cup (4.7oz) of shredded carrots or 2 medium-sized carrots
¼ cup of cut sun-dried tomatoes
½ cup yogourt (3.5oz)
1 tsp of fresh chives, minced
1 tsp of fresh parsley, minced
1 tbsp of olive oil
3 tbsp of fried onions
1 tbsp of roasted pine nuts for topping

Preparation
Prepare French Harvest Organic Grains Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil as per package instructions. Set aside.
Slice the halloumi cheese (roughly 1cm of thickness) and brown it in a frying pan with the olive oil.
In the meantime, slice the vegetables.
Divide all the ingredients evenly into 3 bowls.
For the dressing, mix the yogourt with the herbs and season to your liking. Pour it over the bowls and sprinkle with the roasted pine nuts and fried onions.
